As we mentioned before, Gaga’s old “The Fame” producer, Rob Fusari, will be leaking several unreleased Gaga songs from 2006 and 2007. Initially, we were super excited to finally hear finished versions of songs like “Glitter And Grease”, but, as Mr. Fusari continued to talk about these tracks, his motives became clear. Last night, Mr. Fusari decided to go on a Twitter rant, where he accused Gaga of being “fake” and implying that she needs auto-tune. As the hours passed, the bigger picture started to come together. Mr. Fusari is not releasing these songs because he wants to, he’s releasing these songs because he wants to hurt Gaga. A Twitter fan asked him if Gaga knew about him releasing the songs and if she would be angry and he replied with, “She already is.” We’re not sure what went on between him and Gaga recently, but whatever it was made him want to “get back” at Gaga in the most malicious way, and if you know anything about Gaga, the way to “get back” at her is through her music.
The bottom line is that these songs are unreleased for a reason. Gaga does not want us to hear them and she does not want them released to the public. After all, that is why she sued Mr. Fusari and eventually settled with him so that he would, basically, go away and leave her alone. Mr. Fusari is nothing but an immature, hypocritical, and vindictive human being who is upset that after five years, Gaga is still making millions while he is struggling to find work. We, as Gaga fans, are asking you guys not to aid in the distribution of these songs for Gaga’s sake. You can download and listen to them, if you want, but please do not post them online and send people download links.
“But LxG, there are dozens of unreleased Gaga songs floating around the Internet, what is the difference?” The difference is that Mr. Fusari is “leaking” these tracks specifically to hurt Gaga. What he is doing is illegal and he has no right to leak these songs to the public. We know that at the end of the day, you guys are going to do what you want and curiosity will probably get the better of you, but for Gaga’s sake, keep the tracks to yourself and do not spread the links to download them.
We will update you guys on the situation if and when Gaga’s team comments on Mr. Fusari’s actions.
